Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated August 9, 2026

How trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds work. In short: cancel any time in two clicks, keep access until the period you paid for ends, and ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first charge.

1. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it runs for 14 days from the day you start it. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up, and the first charge is taken then.

Cancelling during the trial stops it converting — you are never charged.

2. How billing works

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing, we may downgrade or suspend your plan.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing portal, which you can open from your billing page. No email required, no retention call.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then.
  • We do not charge a cancellation fee.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or your data. Your post history stays available and exportable.

4. Our 14-day refund

If the product is not for you, email hello@linkedinvoicebuilder.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your access ends when the refund is issued.

5. Renewals and other charges

Beyond the first-charge window above, payments for subsequent renewal periods are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial periods. Two exceptions, applied at our discretion and in good faith:

  • A renewal you did not intend and have not meaningfully used — tell us promptly and we will normally refund it.
  • A sustained service failure that prevented you from using the product for a significant part of a billing period.

We do not refund periods where an account was terminated for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Because the Service gives you immediate access to digital content, you may be asked to acknowledge that starting straight away can end that right once the service has been fully performed — our refund window above is intended to be at least as generous either way.

7. Price and plan changes

We may change prices or plan limits. Existing subscribers get reasonable notice, and changes apply from the next renewal — never mid-period. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

8. Deleting your account

Deleting your account is separate from cancelling a subscription and is permanent after a short grace period. Cancel your subscription first, export anything you want to keep from your account page, then delete. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

9. Questions

Anything unclear, or think you have been charged in error? Email hello@linkedinvoicebuilder.com and we will sort it out.
